With India being one of the world’s fastest growing economies, the Indian economy has drawn many business owners, investors and firms into setting up a company, purchasing a company and investing in the stock economy. Indian markets have a favorable business climate and versatile regulations for any foreign company to set up its India base. Government has further raised the Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) Foreign Direct Investment ( FDI) limit to 100 per cent to attract more NRI investment in India. According to the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India ( RBI), NRIs wishing to invest in shares in India through a stock exchange must have a bank account with the specified branch of any approved dealer (bank) sanctioned by Reserve Bank (NRE)/NRO (Non-Resident Ordinary)/PIS (Portfolio Investment Scheme).

We also hand hold and assist in Property/assets acquisition or sale, reviving old business, licensing or various approvals from regulatory authorities.
