You need to verify the eligibility right at the very first stage. You have to determine what group you fall under. You must fill out FSSAI licensing form A on the FSSAI website after determining if you are in Central, State, and Basic Registration. After that, the payment for the FSSAI application must be made at the FBO located near your place.
You have to file Form B with the Government after that. The FSSAI Registration process involves several declarations and resolutions. Your application must fill in everything. This may include board approval, self-declarations of the owner, and other documentation needed. The required fees will be charged electronically upon completion of the Documents. You’ll get a message once the payment is completed. The amount of the payment is expressed in your FSSAI account.
You will need to get in contact with the government department after that to take a look at the progress on your submission. The government will verify that and give your request for edits back. If you do not respond within the next 15 working days from the date of submission of the document, your document will be denied.
It could take 45-60 working days for the government department to thoroughly verify and approve your application. If the government department considers all the furnished in form is perfect, it will accept your submission.
